Dear Ms. Holt

I am following up our phone call this afternoon. Thank you for the update on the progress of the Munitions Response Site Prioritization Protocol vis a vis Seal Island in outer Penobscot Bay. We are very glad to learn that the process is well along and may serve as a model for application of this protocol to other offshore gunnery ranges.

Any details you can send us about the results of the site survey and about the progress of the PDT to date will be greatly appreciated. For more information about Penobscot Bay Watch, please visit our website at http://www.penbay.org

Sincerely

Ron Huber

Hello,

Please find attached; we will be conducting some free training on this 'Prioritization Protocol' on 7 June at our USACE-NAE Concord, MA office. Call if you're interested since we are a 'secured facility' and I would need to list you as a visitor.

Thanks, Sheila

Hello Mr. Huber,

It's my please to send you the following documents...hopefully they are not too big to go electronically via email. If this doesn't work, I may need your mailing address to send out CD copies.

Please find attached the 'read-ahead' documents that I mentioned;

FUDS MMRP SI Info Paper
MMRP SI Fact Sheet
TPP Brochure
The Seal Island Final TPP Memorandum dated April 2006

What's left is the Final Site-Specific Work Plan for Site Inspection and I know this is huge so I'll send you another email with that attached...hopefully it will go; otherwise, I will need your mailing address.

The Site Inspection Report or SIR for Seal Island won't get finalized until after the 2nd TPP mentioned...to be conducted on 11 June. I'll be sending out a 'Calendar Event' with directions next week.

Thanks for the phone call...and we're glad to be finally doing something on these sites as well.

Sheila

Subject: Seal and Duck Islands, Me - TPP Meetings June 11

Hello Mr. Huber,

The session on Seal Island must be informational only for folks not involved from the start of the process, sorry. However, you will be 'in' on-the-ground-floor on the Duck Island TPP Meeting (same day), as this begins the process for Duck Island. On Duck Island you will be a stakeholder participating in the TPP process and will be sent the Draft TPP Memorandum for comments, the Draft Site-Specific Work Plan for comments, and the Site Inspection Report for comments. And you will be invited to participate in the 2nd TPP Meeting for Duck to ensure that we have your concurrence on what we discovered.

We look forward to meeting you at TPP.

Thanks,
Sheila
