4. INSTALL CUTTINGS OF WETLAND AND STREAMBANK SHRUBS (e.g., WILLOWS, DOGWOODS. ELDERBERRY, BUTfONBUSH) T0 ENCOURAGE SHADE DEVELOPMENT AND PROVIDE WILDLIFE COVER ALONG TRIBUTARIES.
S. DISK, ROTOTILL, OR BLADE SELECTED PORTIONS OF WET PASTURE, AS APPROPRIATE, TO ALLEVIATE SOIL COMPACTION DUE TO GRAZING AND PROVIDE A SEEDBED FOR NATURAL RECOLONIZATION BY NATIVE WETLAND PLANTS.
6. PLANTING NATIVE SHRUBS AND TREES IN CORRIDOR 50-60 FEET WIDE SURROUNDING THE UPPER REACHES OF TRIBUTARIES A AND B, DOWN TO THE APPROXIMATE LIMIT OF TIDAL INFLUENCE.
