Thank you for your message. I will ask the other selectmen tomorrow, but I strongly doubt that either COP, TCPL or the Town would want anybody else to see the draft, which remains a work in progress. It is simply too controversial in Town, too unsettled and is the subject of Freedom of Access Act litigation. If this is confirmed tomorrow, I would expect that it would not be available until made public. On the other hand, I would.be glad to talk with people at MDOT to explain to them orally what we think needs to be addressed in such a lease. We have had the benefit of a great deal of legal and consulting advice, much of which has been quite valuable. I am sorry not to be more helpful.
