Shore Access. Cape Jellison Docks Boat Ramp. To get to this Stockton Harbor site, follow Route 1 into the town of Stockton Springs; proceed to the center of town. Turn right onto Cape Road; follow Cape Road until making a right onto West Cape Road; then turn onto Dock Road and continue to the site. A single cement boat ramp. Parking is adequate.
