David Littell has asked that I request briefing papers from your respective program bureaus regarding the above referenced topic.

Objective:
Provide program bureau briefing papers to David Littell in prep for meeting with Dragon Products representatives. (meeting tentatively scheduled for late June / early July). Note: These three briefing papers will be provided to the program bureau directors.

General Scope of Brief:
Provide bureau summaries on the following:

[1] Project History (including general overview of plant operations - what does it do)

[2] Permitting Process (including condition requirements / monitoring etc.)

[3] Permit compliance

Timing:
June 21st (please advise if this date is unreasonable)
