That way I would have a solid distinction for when approval is needed or when I could further action is should be taken. Just a follow up from what we had discussed regarding the possible beam restriction for the northern most facing dock in the expansion. The City ordinance doesn’t allow for any docking or anchoring of vessels in the cities 4 identified channels but if a vessel with a beam greater than 20’ were to dock here, than it would be in the city channel. As I mentioned, I believe this is one of the greatest concerns that I have been approached with and any assistance either from the ACOE or Submerged Lands to make any enforcement of this easier would be helpful.
