Ron Huber's Sears island campaign diaries 1993-94

In the 1990's conservationists and four federal agencies ultimately frustrated an effort by the state of Maine and port supporters to build a cargo port on Sears Island. Here are notes written by Ron Huber of then-organization Coastal Waters Project detailing the intrigues, joys and struggles of that successful effort to block a port on Sears Island. All are rich text files.

These are unedited. There are many gaps. The writing quality is uneven, Huber's opinions possibly upsetting to some Sears Island veterans. But so it went....
