Deane Brown testimony on LD 1611 the Maine supermax reform bill

Exiled Mainer inmate Deane Rowland Brown has written testimony for a bill before the Maine legislature: LD 1611: An Act to Ensure Humane Treatment for Special Management Prisoners. In it he describes his life behind bars, including long stints in solitary confinement, both in Maine state prison in Warren and then after his exile, in a series of prisons in maryland, where he remains to date.
