Text & other images on these webpages were optically scanned and uploaded to the World Wide Web in May 2004 by Ron Huber, Penobscot Bay Watch, Rockland Maine, from a 1994 Xerox copy of a photo-reproduction of the original 1929 text published by the US Department of Commerce. Those reproductions were made and printed in 1983 as a joint effort of the Maine Department of Marine Resources and the Bigelow Laboratory for Ocean Sciences, in memory of widely respected late commercial fisherman Captain Robert McClellan of Boothbay Harbor. |
