The Army Corps of Engineers sent a letter to those who wrote the agency asking for apublic hearing . In this 5 page letter, Lt Colonel Steven M Howell says there will be no public hearing. He and Jay Clement - who wrote the cover letter -say they will now decide whether to grant a permit to e company or require production of an Environmental Impact Study
