DCP gasser-wannabees respond to 1/412 USACE Request for Additional Information

DCP sent the following responses to a January 4, 2012 USACE Request for Additional Information.
DCP's 1/12/12 original reply is a very long pdf file.

Below for ease of reading it is broken into its various parts. Please read and send your thoughts to Jay Clement at the Maine Projects office of the US Army Corps of Engineers. Jay is the decider on whether to let DCP slide without any no serious environmental review, or instead, require DCP gas company to do a true "hard look" at what would be despoiled if their giant LPG tank got built. Jay truly wants to know what you think!
